Children Inc. - Program Registration Information

Parents can register their children for our programs either online or by downloading the form and mailing (or faxing) in the completed forms.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

We offer online registration for the Before and After School Programs as well as the Extended Educational Care (EEC) programs. Please note however that if you are registering online, you MUST register at least two business days before the start date. If you are registering a kindergartner for Walton-Verona’s extended kindergarten program, please download this form
